No matter where you are in your business, it’s better to have something out there, than nothing.
It’s okay if you don’t have time, the budget, the strategy, the offers, or even know where you want to be in 3-6 months.
There are so many options to get you there that will work for where you are right now.
When I did some market research last month, one of the women I had the pleasure of talking to told me a story about how her current client chose her OVER another service provider because she had a website — the other OSP, did not.
Was she proud of her website at the time? No.
Did she even have a brand built with a strategy for her biz? No.
Did she seem legit to her client? YES.
All because she had a website. You’d be surprised how many people come across your profile and just look for that website to learn more about you and what you do because they’re “window shopping” and don’t want to waste their time as well as yours.
And yeah, we’ve seen businesses build their brands and clientele without well thought out branding or a custom website to house their credibility, but imagine how long it might’ve taken them or how many people they could’ve reached if they had it all from day one.
